Hi 💖 Seeing some new faces around here and thought I would reintroduce myself I’m a board certified ophthalmologist, fellowship trained in pediatric ophthalmology & adult strabismus surgeon 👩🏽‍⚕️ I have 3 kids - 15, *almost 13 (next weekend!), and 11 years old.👦🏻👦🏻👧🏻 My husband and I are both ophthalmologists and own Honolulu Eye Clinic together. 👀 When I moved to Hawaii 16 years ago, I found out I was pregnant with my first son that very first weekend. So I decided to create a make one of the storage rooms in our office a nursery with a Craig’s list arm char, curtains I sewed from Walmart fabric and a Target rug.💕 I moved 6000 miles away from my family because my husband wanted to come home to Hawaii. 🌈 I am serving my 7th year on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters, and also serve on the Board for Make A Wish Hawaii and the Foundation Board of American Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus ✨ Thank you for joining me as I share eye tips and my Hawaii life as a practice owner and mom.
